Star Wars or Star Trek

Everyone is asking me the toughest question of all. Let's put it to a vote. My opinion is why choose when you can have both?
Star Wars
Star Trek

Star Wars was a space version of a cowboys and indians or good guys vs villains movie - turned space drama. Only the setting was new but still came after Star Trek.

Star Trek's theme was one of adventure in its exploration while introducing concepts of mans overall presence in the galaxy. (we still were quite naive and arrogant at the time Star Trek was debuted). But this one played in to the imagination of an audience in how it was entertaining.

We can pick a few of the chapters from Star Wars worth owning where complete editions of one version or another of Star Trek is appealing to its targeted audience.

We kind of take the best of each and discard the rest.

Star Trek all the way.
Always been a Trekkie.
And there’s no whiny Luke or Anakin and no silly Ewoks on Trek.
Hmmm although there was Wesley Crusher in Next Gen....
I think Worf beats out Chewbacca though not by much.
Kinda glad the age of Johnathan Frakes and Brent Piner is over but miss Jean Luc. Tea. Earl grey. Hot!
